What information does SOLE SENSATIONS collect? We record your e-mail address when you sign up for our e-mail list. You can opt-out of this list at any time after signing up for it, and then your e-mail address is removed from our records. If you are a customer who has placed an order, we store your shipping and billing addresses, name, email, and phone number.
Does SOLE SENSATIONS record server logs?
Yes, when you visit our websites we may record your IP address (to direct you to the correct web store for your country), browser type (to optimize your web viewing), your web request (for optimizing your experience with the most relevant information), the time of your request and your interaction with our website.
Does SOLE SENSATIONS keep e-mails that you send us?
Yes, we store your communications with us in our customer database. That way we can respond to your requests, attend to your inquiries and provide better service. We may use your e-mail address to communicate with you.
Does Sole Sensations.com link to sites outside of SOLE SENSATIONS's control?

If a customer sends in a testimonial or answers a SOLE SENSATIONS survey, does SOLE SENSATIONS use the response anywhere?
We reserve the right to reproduce, in printed marketing materials, the web or email campaigns, any testimonials, survey responses, comments to SOLE SENSATIONS Facebook postings or tweets directed at SOLE SENSATIONS.
Will you share my information with anyone?
We don't share any customer information with anyone, other than our own subsidiaries @ SOLE SENSATIONS.
Is my information secure with SOLE SENSATIONS?
We do not allow any unauthorized use, access, alteration or disclosure of information and we take appropriate measures to protect against this. Our encryption and security measures are reviewed quarterly by Intuit to make sure they are sufficiently robust. Personal information is processed on our servers in US.
Can I access and update my personal contact information?
Beginning sometime in 2011, you will be able to access your personal information and update your billing and shipping addresses on Sole Sensations.com.
For any use of personal information other than the purpose for which it was collected, we will first ask for your permission for use.
